INFORMATION HANDLING
Your information.
Your choice.
This page explains how the current Workwell website and discovery questionnaire handle information. You decide when to send your discovery brief. Entering answers or downloading a draft does not submit them.
Questionnaire answers
Answers stay in the current browser tab until you choose “Send my discovery brief” and confirm your review. The website then sends your answers over HTTPS to our server, which emails them through IONOS to hello@workwellautomation.com for Workwell to review and respond. Your email address is used as the reply address. No answers are sent to an AI provider. File uploads are not available.
Saving on this device
If you select “Remember my answers on this device,” the questionnaire saves a draft in this browser’s local storage. It is not an encrypted customer vault. Someone with access to the same browser profile may be able to restore it. Use this option only on a device you trust.
Turn that option off or use “Clear my answers” to remove the saved browser copy. Downloaded copies are separate files and must be managed separately.
Downloads and email drafts
You can download a JSON draft to resume later, a text copy of your answers, or an email draft. Those files contain the information you entered. Keep and share them appropriately. Downloading or opening a draft does not send it. The email draft is addressed to hello@workwellautomation.com; you send it through your own email application.
What to leave out
Do not enter passwords, API keys, bank details, health records, employee records, or confidential customer documents. Describe the type of information involved instead. Any needed examples or access will be arranged through an agreed secure process later.
Other website activity
This website uses no advertising, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. Fonts and images are served with the website. Our hosting server records routine page-request information, which can include an IP address, requested page, browser details, and time of access. The form handler does not log or save the contents of your answers on the web server. It keeps submission references, one-way fingerprints, delivery status, and timing to limit abuse and prevent duplicate sends; these records expire after seven days and are removed during subsequent submissions. Hashed network addresses used for rate limiting are removed after one day during subsequent submissions. Routine page-request logs do not contain your form answers. Delivered briefs remain in the business email system so we can discuss your inquiry. Contact hello@workwellautomation.com with questions about access or deletion. If you send a downloaded brief through your email provider, that provider handles the message under its own policies.
Future customer work
Before a live project, Workwell and the customer will agree on permitted access, processing locations, external services, retention, support responsibilities, and how the solution is handed over or removed. The planned customer workspace is not yet available. Any future customer portal will have its information handling explained before you use it.
