DOCUMENTS & DATA ENTRYPRACTICAL AI. PURPOSEFUL WORK.
Your people have better things to do than copy, chase, and re-enter. Let’s find the work AI can take off their plate.
Find the right opportunity. Build it around your business.
Keep it working as your business changes.
Your people.
Your processes.
More possibility.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Some of the best opportunities are hiding in the tasks your team does every day. We look for repeatable work, clear rules, and a result you can measure.

DOCUMENTS & DATA ENTRYHelp your team find answers in approved procedures, product information, and company reference material.
COMPANY KNOWLEDGEBring information together, flag what needs attention, and prepare a clear summary for someone to review.
REPORTING & FOLLOW-UPWHAT THAT COULD LOOK LIKE
These are illustrative project ideas, not customer results. The right solution depends on your systems, your data, and what you authorize it to do.
A useful agent doesn’t need to do everything. It needs to do the right things, reliably, with a clear way to hand work back to a person.
MAKE THE OPPORTUNITY TANGIBLE
Pick one repetitive task and estimate how much time it takes. This simple exercise helps us decide what’s worth investigating.
Illustration only. Dollar amounts value the time released at your hourly employee cost; they are not guaranteed cash savings or a reduction in payroll. Actual results depend on testing, exceptions, and adoption.

A PRACTICAL PARTNERSHIP
Map the process, the bottlenecks, the systems, and what a better outcome would look like.
Design a focused agent or automation, test it with representative examples, and review the results together.
Agree on access and approval steps, install the solution, and help your team get comfortable using it.
Maintain the agreed solution and scope additional skills as your needs grow.
BUILT FOR YOUR BUSINESS
Start with a paid discovery engagement, move into a clearly scoped build, and continue with monthly maintenance. New skills are quoted separately, so you know what you’re approving.
CLEAR SCOPE. CONTINUED SUPPORT.
Workwell combines consulting, implementation, and ongoing care. Each stage has a defined scope. You decide when to move forward.

Monthly care + separately scoped additions
Your proposal will spell out fees, third-party subscriptions or AI usage costs, support coverage, ownership, and change requests. There is no one-size-fits-all price.
YOUR BUSINESS. YOUR BOUNDARIES.
We work through where the agent runs, which information it can use, and which actions require approval before implementation.

The agent runs on an agreed computer or server in your environment, close to the tools and data it needs.
The agent runs in a hosted environment with defined access, company boundaries, and agreed operating responsibilities.
Keep some work and information on-site while using approved remote services where they make sense.
Where an agent runs is only part of the picture. An on-site agent may still use an external AI provider. We’ll document what leaves your environment and agree on those boundaries with you.
A GOOD FIT STARTS WITH HONESTY
We’ll help you tell the difference. A simpler workflow or a standard automation can be the better answer.
AFTER THE FIRST PROJECT
The planned customer workspace will give you one place to request a new skill, share examples, review a proposal, and follow progress.

WHY WORKWELL
Workwell Automation is built around a straightforward idea: start with a business problem, understand the people doing the work, and create something useful. AI is a tool in that process.
You bring the knowledge of your business. We bring a structured way to turn repetitive work into an automation, test it, and keep improving it. The goal is a solution your team can understand and use.
GOOD QUESTIONS
No. Start with the work that slows you down. Discovery helps turn those frustrations into a shortlist of practical opportunities.
We start with the tools you already use. We’ll assess what they support and whether a connection, a workflow change, or a custom agent is the right fit.
We plan for that. Each project defines review steps, exception handling, and what the agent is allowed to do. Actions with greater consequences can require a person’s approval.
An agent is software given a specific job, a set of approved tools, and boundaries. It might read a document, look up information, prepare an answer, or carry out an approved step. Its abilities depend on what we build and test for your project.
A general chatbot can help with individual questions. A custom agent is designed around a repeatable business workflow, with the right information, system connections, review steps, and ongoing care.
No. Clear rules often work best with conventional automation. AI can help where the task involves varied documents, language, or interpretation. We choose the simplest approach that meets the need.
That depends on scope, access to your systems, and how much testing the workflow needs. After discovery, your proposal will include milestones, dependencies, and an estimated schedule. We start with a focused pilot where possible.
We first ask what systems are involved and what access is possible. Any actual credentials or permissions are arranged later through an agreed secure process. Please don’t put passwords or customer records in the discovery questionnaire.
That can be a design requirement. We’ll assess which tasks can run locally and whether any proposed AI or software service processes information elsewhere. Local installation by itself does not guarantee that all processing stays on-site.
Yes. Your IT team or provider is an important part of access, installation, security requirements, and ongoing support. We identify those responsibilities before deployment.
Your care plan defines support hours, monitoring, routine maintenance, and response expectations. New workflows, major changes, and additional agent skills are scoped and approved separately.
Ownership, licensing, hosting responsibilities, and export or handover arrangements are defined in your agreement. We discuss those terms before you commit to a build.
It gives us a starting point for a discovery conversation. We’ll review your priorities and identify questions to explore together. Completing it does not place an order or authorize access to your systems. Review your answers and choose “Send my discovery brief” to email them to Workwell. You can also download a copy or an email draft.
